Nantucket Preservation Homeowners’ Association is pleased to announce that it has recently established an updated Amendment for Rentals Restrictions. All off-site owners will be required to fill out and return a copy of the Tenant Registration Form. The management company and Board of Directors believe that this is a necessary step to ensure the welfare and safety of all owners, residents, and guests.
