This is a reminder that Nantucket is a deed restricted community. As residents of Nantucket we all agreed to these deed restrictions and covenants when we purchased our homes. A copy of the covenants for all phases of Nantucket can be found here. The Nantucket Architectural Control Committee ACC is a function of the Board of Directors of the Nantucket Preservation Association NPA. The mission of the Nantucket ACC is to apply a clear, fair and consistent policy of Architectural Control which preserves and protects property values within Nantucket.

Before any new construction or home improvements to the exterior of your home or lot is begun the required (Request Forms) must be submitted to the ACC for review.
